While we do not give out access to our electronic mailing list, we will allow you to submit an announcement request should you have an important announcement or need for volunteers. This is NOT to be used for marketing purposes of any kind. Please fill out the form below to make your request and please draft the announcement you would like sent within the box at the bottom of the form. Please be sure to proof your announcement as we will send out EXACTLY what you type into this box. Once submitted, your announcement will be reviewed by our President and Webmaster within 24 hours. Should your announcement be rejected you will be notified by email.
Our announcements are typically sent with our newsletter reminder every Thursday/Friday. If your announcement is urgent and needed before our next newsletter is sent out please mark the urgent box.
